WELCOME

Nestled in the heart of Jaipur's walled city, along a UNESCO-marked heritage walkway, lies the 277-year-old Shanti Niwas Heritage Haveli — a stunning boutique hotel that stands as a living testament to the city's rich history and architectural grandeur.

Today, this historic haveli gracefully blends its royal past with modern comfort, offering guests an authentic experience of Jaipur’s glorious legacy.

Heritage

Built in the 18th century, Shanti Niwas was once a distinguished diamond jewelry making house, where master craftsmen designed exquisite pieces for Jaipur’s royal courts and noble families. The haveli’s walls have witnessed centuries of elegance, opulence, and artistic brilliance, echoing the prosperity of a bygone era.

Over the years, Shanti Niwas has stood resilient through the rise and fall of empires, the transition of royal regimes, and the evolution of art, culture, and craftsmanship in Rajasthan. Every courtyard, arch, and fresco tells a story — of refinement, grandeur, and timeless heritage.

A Family Legacy

In 1952, Shanti Niwas took on a new role when Gaurav's grandmother, along with his family, established Shanti Niketan Vidhyalaya, a school that would go on to serve the community for generations. The haveli's walls resonated with the sounds of laughter, learning, and growth.

Restoration and Revival

After decades of serving as a school, the haveli underwent a meticulous restoration process, reviving its original grandeur while infusing it with modern comforts. Today, Shanti Niwas Heritage Haveli is a boutique hotel, offering guests a chance to experience the royal treatment in the heart of Jaipur.

A Blend of Heritage and Luxury

Shanti Niwas Heritage Haveli combines traditional Rajasthani architecture with modern amenities, providing an immersive experience for guests. From its intricately carved doors to its beautifully painted ceilings, every detail reflects the rich cultural heritage of Jaipur.
